How Capturing Corvin Came to be.

When I was 28, I finally discovered what I wanted to be when I grew up. A Photographer. I’ve always enjoyed taking photos, but it wasn’t until I was bedridden from a gnarly motorcycle accident that I bought my first real camera. From the first release of the camera’s shutter, I was HOOKED. I began trying to find new and interesting ways to capture the things around me. The things that I saw everyday but took for granted. In doing that I found my love of photography.

I quickly learned that “creative'“ photography is what motivated me to pick up my camera everyday. Now it’s something that I integrate into every photo shoot I conduct. Whether it be family portraits or a wedding, I try to use creativity to give the person on the other side of the lens a unique experience and even more unique photos.

My wife Christian is my partner in life and in business. We married in 2012 and have been chasing our entrepreneurial dreams together ever since. She is the Set Designer and Second Photographer for Capturing Corvin and I couldn’t imagine a better person to collaborate with.

Our motto is TRY. To me, it’s one of the most important words in the english language because if you don’t try, you’ll never be happy, nor will you succeed. No matter who you are, what you do, or what you want to accomplish, don't be afraid to try.
